Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you buy from us, however if something does not work out, we're here to help!

**Please read entire return policy thoroughly. If after reading over the policy you still have questions about your return, please send an email to info@charleymarie.com

 

Return Guidelines:

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you, or 14 days from the date your order was fulfilled for local pick-up.
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will only be issued for returned merchandise that meets all required guidelines.
  • For defective item claims: contact us within 2 days of delivery date.
  • Sale items, jewelry, handbags, accessories, and gift cards are all FINAL SALE.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. If requesting an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping for the new item as well as the shipping on the returned item.

*Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges:

  • Due to the quick turnaround of our inventory we are unable to guarantee an exchange of your item.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please check to see that the item is available in the size you need.
  • We suggest ordering the correct size right away, and then shipping your return to us.


Local Returns:

  • As long as all other guidelines are met, local returns can be left in the original shopping bag in the pick up bin on our front porch.
  • Your 14 day window begins from the date your order was fulfilled and placed in the pick-up bin.
  • If you choose to leave a return in the pick up bin, make sure to include your order slip with a note letting us know why you are returning the item.
  • If you do not have your order slip please include a note inside your return with your full name, order #, email address, & reason for return.
  • If you are leaving a return in the pick up bin please also send an email to info@charleymarie.com letting us know, that way we know to look for your return.


Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between November 15-December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as they are postmarked (or received back to us) by January 8. Items must also meet all return guidelines. No exceptions.

 

** START A RETURN REQUEST **

Click the Account icon at the top right of the site, or click here to log in to your account to submit a return request. 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. Enter the six-digit verification code that will be sent to your email.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
